We are showcasing as many of the clubs and societies who meet and use the facilities here at the Memorial Centre as we can. We are also arranging some fun competitions for all age-groups to participate and maybe win a small prize (or two). We would like to see the children’s classes well supported – something they can think about and do during the long summer break perhaps?

Please can you bring your entries for the competitions between 3pm on Saturday 30th August and 9:30am on Sunday 31st August. Staff and volunteers will be on hand to ensure the correct entry numbers and cards are displayed (anonymously) next to your item. Judging will take place at 11am on Sunday 31st August.

Finally – ‘It’s not the winning but the taking part that counts’ – so please just turn up and enjoy your Community Centre!
