About the Club
Pilates aims tom improve functional movement, build core strength and bring a sense of balance in our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
The classes are suitable for beginners and improvers with opportunities to advance your practice as and when the time feels tight.
Sessions are run by a fully qualified Pilates Teacher
