INTERMEDIATE CROCHET - 1 AUGUST
Date: Friday, 1st August
Tutor: Sarah Barclay. Crochet is good for the mind, body and soul! Being able to share my knowledge and therefore the benefits of this craft, is my way of giving back and making my corner of the world a better, more colourful place.
Description: We will cover next level stitches to advance your skills. Learning to read patterns, what crochet symbols mean and even dabble in colour palettes. We will also cover how to join crochet items together to make larger projects. At the end of the day, you will be taking home with you a completed Book Pouch.
Level of course: Details to follow
Student requirements: Crochet hook (if you have), darning needle, scissors and yarn (if you already have chunky yarn). However, yarn, hook, stitch marker kits will be available on the day to purchase for £5.
The schedule: 10am–4pm with four lectures, including breaks for tea and lunch. See full breakdown below.
Lecture 1: 10–11am
Tea break: 11–11.30am
Lecture 2: 11.30–12.30pm
Lunch break: 12.30–1.30pm
Lecture 3: 1.30–2.30pm
Afternoon tea break: 2.30–3pm
