We are delighted to be hosting a special Charity Fitness Afternoon at Gerrards Cross Community Hall on Saturday 14th March 2026, from 3:00pm to 5:30pm. Organised by Rhythm & Breathe in support of lung cancer awareness, this uplifting event is all about movement, wellbeing, and coming together as a community for a meaningful cause.
This energising afternoon will feature inspiring fitness and wellbeing sessions led by Jackie Travers, Suzanne Newbert, Fiona Castle OBE, and Rosemarie Ford. Designed to be inclusive and welcoming, the sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, whether you are a regular participant in fitness activities or simply looking to try something new in a supportive environment.
At GXCA, we are proud to host events that bring people together while supporting important causes. The Charity Fitness Afternoon is a fantastic opportunity to stay active, improve your wellbeing, and connect with others in the local community, all while helping raise awareness and funds for lung cancer support.
Taking place in the heart of Gerrards Cross at our community hall, the event promises a positive and friendly atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to participate at their own pace. It is not about performance, but about enjoying movement, boosting wellbeing, and supporting charity in a relaxed and encouraging setting.
We warmly invite members of the local community to join us for this special event and be part of an afternoon filled with energy, inspiration, and community spirit. To find out more about this and other upcoming events, please visit our What’s On page or get in touch with the GXCA team.
