This is more than a game. Our neighbouring building was built in 1921 to the exact dimensions needed for two full-size snooker tables. For decades it was at the heart of our community – and now, over a century later, we are bringing snooker back home.

We were originally planning to celebrate the official Grand Opening of our brand-new Snooker Club at GXCA on Wednesday, 1st October. However, we are excited to let you know that the big celebration has now been rescheduled to Friday, 21st November.

​

This change does not in any way stop our members and guests from enjoying snooker from 1st October onwards – the tables are ready and waiting for you!

The reason behind moving the Grand Opening is simple: GXCA has hosted a number of fantastic events recently, and because we always aim to provide the very best experience for our community, we want to take a little extra time to prepare and make sure the celebration is truly special.

We will be putting together a full programme for the day and will share all the details with you very soon. We look forward to welcoming you on 21st November for what promises to be a memorable occasion!
