Zumba is a cardio based activity that combines a high and low intensity dance moves. Grooving to the beats of salsa, merengue, reggaeton and other Latin inspired music feels more like a dance party then a workout.
My Zumba class is a high-energy boost. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in my class. What is required though is moving to the music and having a good time! You’ll get a great cardio workout that melts fat, strengthens your core, improves flexibility and boosts your confidence. Just have it a go!
